Backyard camping adventure

This was our backyard camping adventure. we had wanted to go up to payson to camp and then listen to confrence on the satalite but when we checked what the weather was going to be we found out that we would have been in rain the whole weekend.
so in an attempt to not disappiont the kids, we decided we could do almost all of the things we had planned right in our own backyard.
the kids had blast! and so did Brad and I:)
this was a great camping site, it came with flushing toilets, internet access, phone service and even a tub to bath everyone up before climbing into our sleeping bags.
brad and I went inside for a few minutes to let the kids fall asleep, Brex was so excited to be in the tent that he couldnt stop playing so we let him in with us for a bit and this shows how worn out he was to be able to zonk out on the floor.

These are the best (easiest) camp outs! The only thing left is to get a car freshener that smells like Pine. Glad you had such a great time. :)

It almost looke dlike you had the open fire in the tent and I was going to say Huh? but then I saw the next picture with it on the back porch. What a great idea to have that kind of fun with the kids and have the luxuries of home made bottled peaches in the house on the shelf if needed to calm the wild kidds while camping.

How fun. You guys are always creative in having fun. Unfortunately Brian and I can't camp in the yard with all the neighbors.
