Last night we took the kids to one of their favorite places to eat dinner, "village Inn". Afterwards we decided to stop by "Home Depot" to look at some flooring. So we drive up and are still sititing in our truck, and in the middle of singing to my dad for his b-day. when we notice this couple that have bought this 9 ft christmas tree, and are walking to their small car. I know I was thinking right off the bat "Hmmm they must not have thought that one out very well". So we continue to watch them try to shove it into their backseat, and so it is now hanging a good foot and a half out of each door. Brad and I were laughing at this point, and we see them sorta look around to see if anyone was watching. So I jumped out of the truck and went over to them to thank them for the laugh. I then offered for them to put it in our truck and we would follow them to their house. They thanked us and agreed. So off we go to follow them, We decided along the way that it could accually be a great scam, lol maybe just for laughs when they turn their right blinker on, we would turn our left on, just to scare them. But no, we didn't. When we got their Brad got out to help unload it and the guy said that he and his wife were thinking the exact same things and that they only had a 50% chance of getting home with their tree:)) It's a good thing that we are as nice as we look:)

That is so nice of you guys..You know they are still saying, "there still are a few good people left in the world"..You both must of had a great dad and mom that taught you these good qualities..
Yes....I'm sure of that!
You are such a kook. Love the story. You are awesome for helping out the poor souls that may not have had a Christmas tree with out you. I was imagining the guy cutting up the tree and gluing it back together at home. Lampoon Christmas would have done something like that!
